Notion for everything that is not design

Leads, projects, briefs and invoices live in one Notion workspace. The key is linking databases so nothing is typed twice.

Figma for design, Canva for handover

We design in Figma and hand every recurring format to clients as a Canva template, because that is what their teams already use.

A shared drive with a strict naming rule

Every file follows client, project, deliverable, version and date. It is boring, and it has saved us more hours than any app.

What we would change

We would have set up the naming rule on day one. Tools change every year; habits are what make a small studio feel large to its clients.
