Questions
What is the difference between the personal and commercial license?
The personal license covers your own business. The commercial license lets you use the template in client work, for up to ten client projects per purchase.
How do I receive my files?
Right after payment you see a download page, and we email you the same link. Links stay valid for seven days, and you can request a new one at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Files are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once downloaded. If a file is broken or not as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Do I need a paid Canva or Figma plan?
No. Every Canva template works on a free account, and our Figma files open on the free plan.
